Overview
Returns accepted up to 14 days after delivery. Returned products must be in new undamaged condition with the original packaging still intact.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
For all returns and exchanges please submit an email to sales@longsword3d.com with your order number, we will contact you with an RMA number and shipping instructions.
Damaged Products
We will refund/replace any products that arrive damaged as a result of rough handling during shipping. Products that have been damaged as a result of improper use will not be refunded. We recommend that you take a video of yourself opening the shipping box/envelope upon receiving it if you suspect the product was damaged during shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will not issue refunds until the defective/unwanted items is received.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items
Sale Items can be returned and refunded. The refund amount will be the amount you paid for the item when it was on sale. If you return an item after a sale ends you will be refunded the originally paid amount.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled any time before the Item is shipped. We pride ourselves on having very fast shipping. If you decide that you want to cancel your order please email sales@longsword3d.com with subject “Cancel Order#123456(<– your order number)” as soon as possible to process your cancellation.
Exchanges
We will issue an exchange for any items with manufacturing defects or damaged during shipping.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
